2. Description of Service

FreeVideoDownload is an online tool that allows users to download publicly available videos from supported social media platforms including Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Pinterest. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

• You may use the Service without creating an account (limited to 5 downloads per day)
• Creating an account gives you access to download history and additional features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free Plan: 5 downloads per day, up to 720p quality, no signup required
• Basic Plan ($1/month): Unlimited downloads, up to 4K quality, no ads
• Pro Plan ($2/month): Everything in Basic plus API access

Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT:

• Download copyrighted content for commercial use without permission
• Re-upload downloaded content as your own
• Use automated bots or scripts to mass-download content
• Attempt to circumvent our rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Download content from private or restricted accounts
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content downloaded through our Service belongs to the original content creators. FreeVideoDownload does not claim ownership of any downloaded content. Users are responsible for respecting copyright laws and content creators' rights.

7. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please see our DMCA Policy for instructions on filing a takedown notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy or completeness of any information
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• The quality or availability of downloaded videos

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FreeVideoDownload be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
