How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please include all six elements listed above in your notice.

Response Time

We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours. If the notice is valid, we will take appropriate action which may include:

• Blocking the specific URL from being processed by our tool
• Adding the content to our blocklist
• Notifying the user who requested the download

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. Users who repeatedly attempt to download copyrighted content may be blocked from using our service.

Good Faith

We encourage copyright holders to contact us before filing legal action. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
